How disciplined technical coordination and high-performance design are bringing Houston’s most anticipated luxury destination to life.

Ziegler Cooper Architects is helping bring the city’s first Ritz‑Carlton hotel to life — a 44‑story, 600‑foot tower rising prominently along Post Oak Boulevard. The hotel introduces 154 guest rooms within a carefully organized mixed‑use structure, marking a major milestone for hospitality in Houston.

The Architecture of Experience

At the heart of The Ritz-Carlton brand is an architectural commitment to environments that elevate the guest experience. In Houston, this is expressed through approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of hotel amenities, including:

  • Premium dining venues

  • Dedicated spa and wellness programs

  • Curated cultural environments and social spaces

  • A grand ballroom and junior ballroom elegantly positioned above, overlooking Post Oak Boulevard.

"Arrival at the hotel motor court is envisioned as a celebratory moment—an elevated and gracious sequence that sets the tone for the luxury experience to follow."

These are more than luxury features; they are purpose-built settings designed to support the rhythms of hospitality and reinforce the service philosophy that defines The Ritz-Carlton name.

Technical Precision & Delivery

Ziegler Cooper ensures that the hotel’s design vision is delivered as a high‑performance hospitality façade, bringing structural precision to the complex operational systems required for seamless guest service.

Through disciplined technical coordination, we are proud to help shape a Ritz‑Carlton hotel that will define a new era of hospitality in Houston and establish a landmark presence in the Uptown skyline.
