Elevating The Standard Of Luxury In Uptown

Uptown Houston is synonymous with high-end living — world-class retail, fine dining, international business, and a cosmopolitan residential market. Yet even within this elevated context, The Ritz-Carlton brings something unprecedented: Houston’s first co-located Ritz-Carlton hotel and branded residences. This milestone places the district among a select group of global cities offering the brand’s signature blend of hospitality and residential excellence.

The project includes 154 luxury hotel rooms and approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of amenities, including dining, wellness, cultural, and social spaces.

Ziegler Cooper is proud to play a key role in bringing this landmark project to life, stewarding the design intent, ensuring technical excellence, and helping translate the Ritz-Carlton’s global standards into a built reality that elevates Uptown Houston’s luxury landscape.
