A New Architectural Landmark Rises in Uptown Houston
Uptown Houston has long been defined by its ambition — a district where architecture signals prestige, global connection, and a distinctly high‑end urban lifestyle. From the iconic Williams Tower, whose 44‑story silhouette has anchored the skyline for decades, to the shimmering glass towers along Post Oak Boulevard, Uptown has established itself as Houston’s premier luxury corridor. Today, that skyline enters a new era with the arrival of The Ritz‑Carlton Hotel & Residences, Houston, a project Ziegler Cooper Architects is honored to help bring to life.
Rising 44 stories and more than 600 feet, the tower introduces a new architectural focal point to Post Oak Boulevard, designed in collaboration with Pickard Chilton and supported by the refined interiors of Rottet Studio and the landscaped environments of OJB. The project is described as “a 44‑story luxury tower featuring skyline‑defining architecture” — a statement that reflects both its scale and its ambition.
