Redefining the Austin Skyline with Vertically Integrated Mixed-Use Design
Ziegler Cooper Architects is proud to announce that 415 Colorado has been named a 2025 CoStar Impact Award Winner for Commercial Development of the Year in the Austin market. Winners were selected by a panel of more than 600 industry professionals across 129 markets, recognizing projects that demonstrate innovation, resilience, and meaningful impact within their communities.
Located at the corner of Fifth and Colorado Streets in downtown Austin, the 47‑story mixed‑use tower integrates luxury residential living with top‑tier office space on a highly constrained urban site. Designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, the project transforms a half‑acre parcel into a vertically integrated live‑work environment that reinforces Austin’s evolving downtown ecosystem.
The tower comprises 328 multifamily residences above 110,000 square feet of Class‑A office space, with office floors defined by outdoor terraces, collaborative workspaces, and wellness amenities. Upper residential levels are supported by dedicated amenity floors featuring fitness offerings, coworking spaces, a pool deck, and elevated social spaces. Throughout the building, the architectural design emphasizes openness, natural light, and connectivity between uses—establishing a strong urban identity while enhancing the pedestrian experience at street level.
The CoStar Impact Awards jury cited 415 Colorado’s urban impact as a defining factor in its selection.

415 Colorado was developed by Stonelake Capital Partners, led by Kenneth Aboussie, John Kiltz, and Will Jenkins. The project was designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, with the architectural team led by Dawna Houchin, IIDA, LEED AP and Axel Weisheit, AIA.
