Alabama Row is a mixed-use development comprising 19,500 SF of retail and restaurants located at the intersection of Alabama and Mandell Streets on the southwest side of Houston, adjacent to the popular management districts of Montrose and Upper Kirby. This project adopts an urban, streetside approach by integrating outdoor cafe seating to activate the street, while situating the parking area on the other side of the building away from the pedestrian zone. Tenants of this modern retail development include BuffBurger, new Vietnamese restaurant Lúa Viet Kitchen, and Lovett Dental. An easy walk to several museums and universities, this project creates an authentic addition to an established, walkable neighborhood.
