Denny Simon, AIA, is a Principal in Ziegler Cooper Architects' Urban Architecture Studio.

Denny brings more than 20 years of architectural experience, including 19 years with Ziegler Cooper Architects, with a focus on mid-rise and high-rise residential, mixed-use, and high-density urban developments. He leads complex projects from concept design through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of consultants, contractors, designers, and clients.

Denny combines strong design, technical, and project-management expertise with a collaborative approach that keeps project direction, schedules, and communication aligned. His experience includes project planning, design review, phasing strategies, program coordination, design presentations, and overall project administration, with a strong focus on client goals and successful project delivery.
