Project Manager - Workplace Interiors
Ziegler Cooper Architects is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Workplace Interiors Studio. This individual will lead dynamic corporate interiors projects, bringing both design leadership and project management expertise to guide clients and project teams from initial concept through successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of corporate interior projects.
Serve as the primary client contact and oversee team coordination, schedule, and budget.
Direct the work of designers, job captains, and consultants to ensure quality and efficiency.
Oversee design documentation, technical detailing, and construction administration.
Manage project scope, contracts, and profitability while maintaining design excellence.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
10-12 years of experience in corporate interiors.
Architectural license required.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in project management and design leadership.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design/management tools.
