About The Role
Ziegler Cooper is seeking a highly professional Project Manager to work in our Urban Architecture Studio. The ideal candidate for this position will be a talented individual with a strong portfolio of personal work, and experience with a variety of project sizes and Highrise buildings.

Key Responsibilities
Acts as primary contact for projects.
Reports to Studio Leader for the design team’s work schedule and strives to meet project goals and commitments.
Strategizes expedient project delivery.
Ensures quality control of contract documents.
Ensure proper code interpretation.
Is responsible for coordination of consultant’s design effort to reinforce overall design concept.
Participates in design reviews with the Design Team and Principal-in-Charge / Studio Leader and consultant coordination
reviews for the construction documents prior to the end of any documentation phase and the issuance of documents.
Is responsible for the establishment of overall manhour budgets and project schedules into a Work Plan.
Keeps project team advised of weekly tasks & deliverables.
Establishes project billing information and monitors project status reports and other management information system
reports.
Is responsible for timely preparation on project invoices monthly.
Oversee the construction administration of the project.
Qualifications
10-15 years of experience.
Multifamily Hospitality and vertical mixed-use experience or high-rise buildings.
5-year Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
Licensed.
Highly organized and able to multitask.
Proven verbal presentation skills.
Proficient in Revit/BIM and AutoCAD.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Newforma (or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of building codes.
Must have valid U.S. work status.
