Junior Designer - Workplace Interiors

Ziegler Cooper Architects is seeking a thoughtful and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our Workplace Interiors Studio. This role is suited for a designer with 5–7 years of experience who values design discipline, collaboration, and creating meaningful workplace and corporate environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support projects from concept through documentation and installation

• Contribute to space planning, materials, FF&E, and presentation development

• Produce clear drawings and visuals that communicate design intent

• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and consultants in a hands-on studio setting

• Balance multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of workplace or corporate interiors experience

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong design sensibility, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
