Designed as an addition to an existing office building and parking garage, this 27-story mixed-use tower expands the existing seven-level parking structure while integrating hospitality and residential uses into a cohesive urban development.
The design incorporates fitness facilities, hotel meeting rooms, and separate arrival experiences through dedicated hotel and residential lobbies, creating a seamless environment that supports both guests and residents.
The eighth level serves as a shared amenity destination featuring hotel pools, lounges, banquet facilities, and an outdoor event lawn. Levels 9 through 18 accommodate 160 hotel rooms, while Levels 19 through 27 contain 33 luxury condominium residences averaging 3,530 square feet each. By combining hotel accommodations, luxury residential living, and extensive amenity spaces within a single vertical development, the project delivers a sophisticated mixed-use experience that maximizes functionality, connectivity, and urban presence.
