Drewery Place is a new 27-story, 357-unit mixed-use development situated on a full city block, just outside of Houston’s Central Business District. It has over 342,000 square feet of residential space with 12,000 square feet of leasable retail space for shops and restaurants, and parking for 482 cars. The apartment tower features uninterrupted 360-degree views of Houston, a private pool, fitness center, yoga studio, sky lounge, a swim-up bar, and other lifestyle amenities today’s discerning residents expect in a building of superior quality. From a design and functionality perspective, Drewery Place recognizes the area’s transition to a true urban neighborhood where residents walk or use the light rail to travel to work or elsewhere.
