Ziegler Cooper’s 25,000 s.f. studio, located in downtown Houston’s TC Energy building, was envisioned as a living "concept showroom." Defined by 65-foot ceilings and a highly collaborative open floor plan, the design allows us to demonstrate the latest in planning and furniture innovation to clients in real-time.

At the heart of the studio is the "Great Hall," featuring five glass-fronted partner offices and a flexible "benching" solution that allows for seamless growth. The space is anchored by museum-quality display walls, technology-rich team rooms, and a central Innovation Lounge designed to foster creative dialogue. A seamless porcelain tile floor connects the café and resource center, creating an expansive multi-functional hub for firm-wide events. The studio is LEED Gold Certified (CI v2009), reflecting our commitment to sustainable, high-performance design.
