A fast-casual restaurant build-out located within the Greenway Plaza office campus food hall. The project included the interior development of a counter-service dining space with kitchen and smoker integration, designed to support high-volume weekday lunch service.

The concept focused on an efficient, streamlined layout tailored to an office environment while establishing the brand’s first brick-and-mortar presence.
