Research Forest Lakeside 9 is a six-story, 135,921-square-foot Class A office building designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects as the latest addition to the 77-acre Research Forest Lakeside campus in The Woodlands, Texas.
Featuring contemporary commercial architecture, a steel-framed structure, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, the building maximizes natural light and views of the surrounding landscape. A covered pedestrian walkway connects the office building to a four-story parking garage accommodating 610 vehicles.
Designed with sustainability and workplace connectivity in mind, the project pursued LEED Silver certification in alignment with the campus’s sustainable design goals. Surrounded by a wooded lakeside setting with convenient access to retail and dining amenities, Research Forest Lakeside 9 offers a modern, amenity-rich workplace environment that integrates Class A office design with the natural character of The Woodlands.
