8 & 12 Greenway Plaza

Ziegler Cooper was tasked with defining and creating a new destination for patrons of 8 & 12 Greenway Plaza in Houston. The design concept features high-spirited lobbies with a variety of communal spaces to encourage interaction, while taking advantage of the buildings’ spacious double-volume lobbies. The lobby spaces utilize a neutral palette punctuated by textured walnut elements with colors in unexpected places. Elements of hospitality and residential design provide a variety of spaces to work, socialize and gather. The new redevelopment at 8 & 12 Greenway Plaza opened its doors in summer of 2018.
