Midtown Village

Midtown Village Lofts will be a prime example of "transportation-oriented development" (T.O.D.), combining the best of high density residential and retail in a vibrant pedestrian environment. Adjacent to the light rail line in Midtown and convenient to downtown, the Texas Medical Center, Museum District, and beyond, the project will add to the fabric in this burgeoning residential and commercial area south of Houston´s Central Business District.

The mixed use project will feature for lease residential units above ground level retail with secured access to the embedded parking garages. The average apartment unit size will be under 850 square feet, and the buildings will be 6 and 8 stories. Each phase of the residential project will offer resort-style pools, along with street-level retail. In addition, there will be a private club and wine room with a demonstration kitchen on the top floor overlooking downtown, a fitness center and spa in each phase, and a park next to the south end of the development.
