Enterprise Products L.P.
Enterprise Products L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded energy partnerships and the leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, Natural Gas Liquids and crude oil. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the company consolidated into a single location, moving into 15 floors of space, into a building purchased by Enterprise at 1100 Louisiana in downtown. The building is now known as Enterprise Tower.
Ziegler Cooper architects worked with Enterprise to develop a warm and welcoming color pallet creating an inviting space. Level ten, the main lobby area, features honed granite flooring and a travertine reception desk with maple accents. Fabric covered panel´s line the walls and artwork creates pops of color throughout the space. Walnut wood is carried through to the executive level on walls, doors and furnishings. A leather wrapped wall is a key feature on the level seventeen trading floor. All new furniture was selected and upgraded public areas were key. The updated design of this 325,000 square foot headquarters will serve as a prototype for future Enterprise facilities.
