Coffee Area

Formally the kitchen, break room or coffee bar, these spaces now are viewed as collaborative spaces and are turned out to the circulation or other work areas. Some clients want to be able to get extended meeting usage from these rooms as well. There is a greater emphasis on quality of product from soft drinks and beverages to elaborate coffee and espresso machines — and yes, they also can take on more of the look of a coffee house or a corporate "Starbucks".
