Client meeting areas are being grouped to provide a variety of meeting settings from informal to formal and located up front to avoid confidentiality issues of remotely located customer meeting spaces. The careful positioning of these rooms can maintain better integrity for client/vendor meetings and HR interviews as well. Wide ranging use of audio visual from simple write-on walls to complex video conferencing are becoming more common place. The conference centers do not replace the working internal conference rooms, team rooms, war rooms or huddle rooms vital to productivity.
