LEARN

Knowledge — once you gain it, it can´t be taken away. The opportunity to gain that knowledge is impacted by our surroundings. Think back to your elementary school - the halls, the classrooms, the cafeteria, the gym. It may have been years ago, but those familiar sights, sounds and smells rush back when you hear two simple words... elementary school. Those rooms, halls and playgrounds had an impact on your whole experience, in particular on the process of learning.

The effect of our places of learning on our children and grandchildren is as important today as it was in the past. That´s why the Learning Place Studio focuses on creating spaces that foster the best educational experiences possible...ones that will benefit the process of learning and ones that will build memories.

Our programmatic approach to designing educational buildings - whether they be private K-12 facilities, community colleges or private universities - involves seeking input from those who will use and benefit from the space, including administrators, teachers, students and parents. This proven approach ensures that our creativity in design meets the needs of educators and students alike. Most importantly, our process creates a distinctive balance between aesthetics and function. A balance that´s not only visible in the physical aspects of the facility, but is also evident in those long-term benefits…knowledge gained, memories made.

Our goal is to help you, as those leaders charged with the responsibility of education, make sure that your spaces contribute positively to the overall experience. After all, learning is an experience that can not be taken away.
