1021 Main
One City Centre is located at 1021 Main Street, immediately adjacent to Main Street Square, Metro´s Fountain in the heart of the central business district. This classic modern building was originally designed by SOM and renovated numerous times over the years. Behringer Harvard asked ZCA to recommend design interventions which will return the building to its classic modern roots, while improving the lighting, graphics, security and seating within the lobby. Improvements include a new security desk, new wood elevator lobby ceilings and lighting, new resin panel feature wall in front of the escalators, new lobby ceiling and high efficiency lighting and new carpets and seating.
