Arch-Con Corporation
Ziegler Cooper Architects has recently designed a new 21,000 s.f. office building to accommodate the rapidly expanding staff of Arch-Con Corporation; a Houston-based general contractor. The resulting building is a 3-story tilt-up concrete structure that takes maximum advantage of the oddly shaped site and announces its presence among surrounding buildings in the River Oaks area of Houston.
The property provides surface parking with additional parking on the first floor. The second floors open plan and asymmetric efficient core allows tenants the ability to utilize the flexible, well proportioned space for almost any purpose. The third floor (to be occupied by Arch-Con) has the additional advantage of a terrace on the North side with beautiful downtown views.
