Design for Villa d´Este characterizes the ideals of strength, intimacy, elegance and timelessness. Features of this 28-story, 100-unit luxury high-rise condominium include bow windows, deeply set windows, spacious balconies, and elegantly detailed stone. A distinct base, middle and top serve to reinforce the timelessness and oroportion of the tower. An ideal balance of precast concrete spandrels with operable glass windows and doors creates a vertical slenderness. Crowning "eyebrow" elements shade the penthouse balconies as well as provide distinct identity from a distance.
