ZCA’s Workplace Interiors team helped this top-ranking commercial litigation and oil and gas law firm with the design of its new office space in Houston’s Central Business District. In keeping with the firm’s culture of high-end legal work and commitment to client service, our client wanted a first impression with a ‘wow’ factor. The crisp finishes of the reception area, with its finely detailed marble in-laid floor, is accentuated with elegant furnishing placement to create an impeccable sense of sophistication. A conference room in the ample conference center gains functionality from its accordion-style sliding glass wall that expands the room out into the reception area for entertaining. A comfortable partners lounge is an important feature, given a touch of relaxed elegance for informal gatherings. The break room maintains the same high-end elegance lent by natural tone finishes in a comfortable, flexible style. Offices are designed for maximum light harvesting via glass-fronted wall systems creating a bright and airy office throughout the space from exterior offices to the interior support workstations.
