Houston, TX

After being previously renovated by ZCA in 1996, Total Plaza’s follow-up renovation brings the building up to date and in sync with modern commercial office trends. The project’s renovation goal was to take advantage of the building’s abundance of natural light produced by the building’s all-glass facade while making the space more sustainable, inviting, and useable. Significant improvements included removing one of the buildings’ east escalators, revamping the tunnel level, two new security consoles on the second floor, building-out of restaurant space, new building signage, modernizing elevator cabs, new furniture, and brighter tile floor and walls throughout the project.
