1 & 3 Riverway

The renovations for 1 & 3 Riverway were initially spurred by the result of flooding due to Hurricane Harvey. Both lobbies and lower levels received extensive damage; therefore, the building ownership took the opportunity to not only renovate the buildings, but to also bring the buildings up to date with current building trends. These updates included a fitness center, deli, and a tenant lounge in each building. The buildings have a slightly different feel from one another, to include open ceilings that incorporate traditional materials, like wood, in a fresh new approach. All spaces have warm, textured and layered design solutions throughout, making use of different materials and specialty lighting.
